As a centre we acknowledge the fundamental importance of embracing our philosophy as a working and living document.  Our philosophy guides our operation and is central to our policies and practice statements.  We therefore, will review this document to ensure it maintains its values, to our regulations, staff, parents and whanau.

Contribution – Goal 3: Staff are encouraged to learn with and alongside others.

• We will update and revisit our philosophy when a new permanent staff member begins.
• This will be done through staff meetings.
• Parents will be informed and asked to participate through our parent notice board, email, Educa, approach.
• Children’s voices may be collected during a review of the philosophy.
• Current policies that may impact on the philosophy will be revisited if felt necessary.
